Low Carb Chicken and Biscuits Using Carbquick

Low Carb Chicken and Biscuits Made With Carbquick
Carbquick Makes Great
Low Carb Chicken and Biscuits
Whether you're doing Atkins 20, Atkins 40, or any other low-carb plan, if you are not allergic to wheat or gluten intolerant, you can make a great low carb chicken-and-biscuits casserole using Carbquick Baking Mix.

At 90 percent fewer carbs than traditional Bisquick, these light-and-fluffy low-carb drop biscuits will only cost you 1-1/2 carbs each.

Low-carb biscuits baked on top of a simple chicken stew will add a nice homey touch to your low-carb meal. Making the gravy for this special dish isn't difficult, thanks to the convenience of cream of celery soup that weighs in at only 12.5 net carbs for the entire can.

While I used to use cream of chicken and mushroom soup when this recipe was first created, Campbell's has changed their cream-soup recipes, so I had to change mine too!

If you don't want to use canned soup, you can still enjoy this low-carb chicken casserole. The recipe includes a few alternatives you can use instead of processed soup.

The Truth About LCHF Weight Loss

Why LCHF Foods are Not Helping You Reach Your Weight Loss Goals
Are You Following the
LCHF Diet Correctly?
Probably NOT!
I have a confession to make.

When I ran my Nutritional Ketosis experiment, I never looked at Dr. Phinney's and Jeff Volek's book, The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living. I didn't know they had a chart in there showing the four phases of effective LCHF weight loss.

I never watched a You Tube video where Dr. Phinney explained what Nutritional Ketosis was, how to reach that metabolic state, and what the four phases of a Nutritional Ketosis diet specifically designed for weight loss looks like.

Well, I did both of those things over the past few days, and my mind is totally blown.

HOW did LCHF, otherwise known as the Nutritional Ketosis Diet, get so twisted in the minds of the low-carb community?

HOW did the truth about LCHF weight loss morph into what it has become today?

Still Hungry on Low Carb? Top 10 Reasons Why Hunger Hangs Around

Hungry on a Low-Carb Diet? 10 Reasons Why Salmon Leaves You Hungry!
Low-Carb is Good Eating,
So Why Are You
Still Hungry?
One of the major benefits of choosing a low-carb lifestyle is the way that restricting carbohydrates dramatically curtails your hunger pangs.

Instead of:
  • being obsessed with food
  • plotting out your next meal
  • fighting with your sweet tooth
  • and white knuckling your way through the afternoon munchies
most people who lower their carbohydrate load find themselves with a dwindling desire to eat. Hunger on a low-carb diet is relatively rare.

If you've never experienced being too busy to stop for lunch or forgetting to eat, a low-carb diet can introduce you to that pleasurable phenomenon. Many, many people report that they lose all interest in food once they enter into the state of ketosis.

But what if that doesn't happen?
