Disclosure Policy

This policy was last updated on January 9, 2018

This blog is a personal blog completely written and edited by me, Vickie Ewell. We do not accept guest posts, but we do participate in sponsored posts now and then.

This blog contain advertising from various sources. We do not have complete control over the ads placed on this site. That means we do not always agree with these ads, nor do we always support what they are advertising or selling. We may receive a small compensation for having those ads on this blog.

Some of the links within our blog posts may be affiliate marketing links. If you click on one of those links, it will take you to another website. If you choose to buy something after using that affiliate link to get to the other website, we might receive a small commission from the advertiser. All affiliate links are carefully chosen by me. They are not random.

For example, I (Vickie Ewell) am a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

We are also in a partnership with Diabetic Kitchen.

Sometimes, we write product reviews or website reviews. These reviews contain our honest opinion of the product, website, or service. These reviews are never influenced by an advertiser or manufacturer in any way, including Diabetic Kitchen and Amazon. Positive reviews are always because we sincerely liked the product or service and would like to share that experience with our readers, or because we believe the product or service would be of benefit for you in your weight-loss journey.
